The Process

Reach Out
Get in contact with us and please share which garment(s) you are interested in, the date of the event (or if it's just for fun, your preferred date to collect) and any custom requests and questions you might have. In case of an urgent request, please state clearly, otherwise all requests are processed within a week.
2.
Schedule your appointment
Based on your timeline and our schedule, we will propose a few options for an in-person appointment in our atelier for an initial fitting and consultation. Please note that this appointment is maximum 60 minutes long and comes with a fee of 25 EUR.
In case you place an order at the end of your appointment, this fee will be deducted from your final price.

First appointment and consultation
During your appointment, you can freely try on any of our garments you are interested in as long as they are available. We can look through fabric options and we can discuss your preferences and any custom requests you might have. We discuss the timeline and important milestones and we take your measurements.
4.
Payment
After your appointment, you will receive a final offer from us within 3 days. 50% of your final price must be paid in advance and 50% after handover.Â

Fitting
During the process, we always request at least one fitting to ensure everything will turn out perfectly. We will arrange the fittings at least 2 weeks in advance.
