SHIPPING POLICY

Readymade items can be shipped 2-3 days within your purchase.

When placing a custom order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly with our address where you can send your beloved clothes. Once we receive them, we will complete your order within 5-10 working days.

You can select the shipping option most suitable for you at the checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For the readymade products we offer returns within 14 days of your purchase. For custom orders, we cannot accept returns as every order is made individually. Regarding returns and exchange, please contact us at hello@ourabura.com with your order details.
